NO Fry Crispy Egg Rolls for 81 calories! Who said Chinese food left you with 5 "chins"??

This is SUPER easy and SO SO SO good! I will take you through the steps from beginning to end. How to roll the wrapper and everything!
INGREDIENTS:
1/3 cup broccoli-20cal
2tbsp onion chopped-5cal
1 egg roll wrapper- 56cal

Total Calories: 81
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1)grill the broccoli and onions with Pam (olive oil zero cal spray). Then when that is ready...
