Drink up Buttercup!

Quenching a thirst. There's nothing like it. More often than not your body is telling you that you're hungry when really, you're thirsty. But who wants to drink water all the time, right? Well, here are some LOW CALORIE drinks that will distract you from your hunger while filling up on liquids.

  1. This is so true! If we all listened to recommendations to drink 8 glasses of water per day (which is not hard if you spread it out over the 16 hours that you are awake), we would all eat a LOT less.
