Shrimp and Noodle dish for under 100 calories!

 Hold the Sauce:
5 Large Shrimp: 30cals
2 packets of JFC White Shirataki Noodles: ZEROcals
Seasoning: Herbs of Italy and Crazy Salt
TOTAL: 30calories!!

Feeling Saucy? I was tonight!:
Add 1/4 cup Ragu Marinara Sauce: 30cals
TOTAL: (plus the shrimp and noodles) 65calories
Cooking Instructions:
1) Cut the bag of noodles open, drain it, and put it in the microwave for 5 minutes then drain again.
2) Spray pan with Pam cooking spray (the olive oil one is great and...you guessed it, zero calories!) and place 5 large shrimp over medium heat on the stove until cooked to your liking.
3) Place the shrimp over the noodles and season everything with herbs of italy and crazy salt.
4) If you want the sauce, measure 1/4 cup, heat it in the microwave for roughly 35 seconds, and add right to the dish.
Enjoy!

  1. Amazing Post! As a pasta lover, I know what a burden it is to limit consumption because of carbs. A close friend suggested these noodles and referred to them as "the biggest health food secret". I was pleasantly surprised by the taste and texture to be so similar to traditional spaghetti noodles. Thanks for the recipe (with Cal intake), KEEP EM' COMING!
